Support the Ossolineum

The Ossolineum was founded and developed thanks to private wealth. It therefore keeps alive the memory of all its donors. Although the Institute now receives a subsidy from the State budget, the pace of development of its collections of art and national memorabilia still depends largely on the generosity of its patrons. Today, the Ossolineum can be supported in several ways. Each of them means joining the list of donors to the Foundation, which has been working for the benefit of Polish national heritage for over 200 years.

Patronage

Over the years, many companies have made donations that have enabled the Ossolineum to acquire unique library and museum collections. Companies can also sign sponsorship agreements with the National Ossolinski Institute, giving them image benefits and the opportunity to use historical objects in a unique way. If you are interested, please contact us at ossolineum@ossolineum.pl.

Bequest

The first testamentary bequest to the future National Ossolinski Institute was made by Countess Marcela Worcellowa, even before its official foundation. Since then, dozens of people have bequeathed not only their collections but also their property (or part of it) to the Ossolineum. In the case of more substantial bequests, it is possible to conclude an agreement that specifies the obligations of the beneficiary (for example, the creation of a scholarship in the donor's name or some other form of memorial).
